Dragos updated its network visibility and cybersecurity platform with streamlined workflows for threat detection and vulnerability management in operation technology environments.

The latest updates to Dragos Platform include enhancements to asset inventory capabilities, vulnerability management, and threat detection. Dragos Platform also now integrates with Drags WorldView intelligence and Neighborhood Keeper community intelligence to streamline vulnerability management, threat detection, and response workflows to defend against current and emerging threats, the company said.

For asset inventory management, the new file ingest feature allows for seamless import and enrichment of asset data from existing project files or other devices, the company said. This simplifies the process of maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date asset inventory. There is also a lightweight local collector which operates on edge switches and routers to handle data collection in "space-constrained locations deep within OT environments," Dragos said.

New filtering capabilities create asset inventor views to help security teams to analyze data to identify and prioritize assets and vulnerabilities. The integration with Neighborhood Keeper means organizations can get automated alerts of newly discovered vulnerabilities and threat activity from Dragos partners. An additional license allows security teams to enable risk management by tapping into WorldView's context and deep intelligence analysis on specific vulnerabilities.

Dragos also introduced over 1,000 new threat detections and response playbooks into the update to help organizations swiftly to emerging threats.
