Cyber threat prevention solutions provider BforeAI on Tuesday announced raising $10 million in Series B funding.
The latest funding, which brings the total raised by the company to more than $30 million, was led by Titanium Ventures, with participation from SYN Ventures, Karista, and Addendum Capital. BforeAI previously raised $15 million in a Series A funding round announced in April 2024.
With offices in the United States and France, BforeAI provides what it describes as predictive attack intelligence, preemptive cyber defense and risk detection solutions.
The company has developed a platform that leverages behavioral AI to predict and automatically block malicious campaigns before they can impact an organization.
Specifically, the predictive attack intelligence technology is used to create a list of domains that are likely to be used for malicious purposes in the future. In contrast, traditional security products leverage blocklists consisting of domains that have already been seen in attacks.
BforeAI also provides automated protection against brand impersonation attacks, continuously monitoring the web to identify and block threats that may be aimed at a specific customer.
“This investment round will enable us to continue our important work to predict and stop new types of attacks before businesses and their customers are harmed,” said Luigi Lenguito, CEO and founder of BforeAI.
“We did not need the additional funding as we closed Series A with SYN Ventures less than 6 months ago. We wanted to work with Titanium Ventures to accelerate our growth into new industry sectors where we have already seen recent success and further increase the scalability of our predictions,” Lenguito added.
